How do I create an account?
 
1)
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link in the footer of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How much is my shipping?
 
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information and is calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and delivery location. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

What is your return policy / how do I initiate a return?
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from The Shop: Assembled by Hagerty, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase. When possible, please return your purchase in its original packaging.

To ensure proper handling of your return, please call our customer service center at (844) 500-3813 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
We cannot accept returns if a Return Authorization number is not obtained.

Return shipping is at your expense unless an error occurred with your order. It is suggested to use a traceable method of shipping when returning your item(s) as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
When will my order ship?
  Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order has been placed. You will receive an order confirmation email, letting you know we received your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email, containing tracking information when your order has shipped.
